A highly productive Loan Officer has the opportunity for amazing commission income potential in a locally managed office with the support and resources of a large firm. Seeking an individual skilled in sourcing and originating mortgage loans and managing the client experience from origination to closing. Our Loan Officers examine, evaluate and recommend customer applications for real estate loans, solicit customers through established networks and community involvement, develop a marketing plan, and analyze potential loan markets. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sales driven, detail oriented, have top notch communication and customer service skills, and overwhelming desire to unlock the door to home ownership in the community you serve. Previous mortgage loan origination experience and current NMLS license desired.
